By booking an appointment at BASE, either over the phone or with our online booking system, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions before you place a booking.

Advanced Booking

We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service is available. If you book your treatment through our online booking system and do not receive an appointment confirmation email, your appointment may not have been confirmed. Should this happen, please call us and one of our team members will be happy to help.

Cancellation Policy

Please allow twelve hours’ notice of cancellation.

Arrival

We recommend that you arrive five minutes prior to your appointment. This allows us to welcome you and have a brief discussion with you about your booking.

Health Conditions

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your service when making your barber reservation.

Loss and Damage

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. For the protection of your clothing, we also ask that you wear the cape provided.

 Accidents or Injuries

BASE shall not be liable for any accident or injury suffered by member or guest.

 Modification of these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or other policies set forth on the website from time to time. You will be subject to the Terms and Conditions and policies.
